Atmospheric and fan-assisted models have different service needs. Burner openings, refractory, flame path, and combustion chamber condition require inspection.
A stuck or damaged bypass, restricted filter, valve position, pump problem, or low flow may cause overheating and repeated limit trips.
Soot, debris, corrosion, scale, and water leakage change heat transfer and may point to broader installation or chemistry issues.
