Start the Pool Heater Season With a Proper Safety Check.

A seasonal startup verifies more than whether the heater lights. It checks conditions which cause nuisance lockouts, overheating, poor combustion, water leaks, and early component failure.

Gas pool heater diagnostic service

Technical guidance

Clear information before you book.

Before startup

Confirm the pool circulation system is operating, valves are positioned correctly, the filter is clean, water chemistry is balanced, and the heater has adequate flow.

Heater inspection

The service includes visible checks for debris, corrosion, damaged wiring, water leaks, venting problems, burner contamination, nesting, and signs of overheating.

Operating checks

Ignition sequence, flame stability, water pressure response, temperature rise, safety controls, and shutdown are reviewed. Gas and combustion testing is completed where required.

Maintenance recommendation

If the burner or heat exchanger needs deep cleaning, the heater is disassembled as required. Cleaning is treated as corrective service, not a quick exterior wipe.
