These service standards help protect the equipment, the property, and both parties during diagnostic, repair, maintenance, and replacement work.
Technical guidance
A service booking authorizes travel and diagnostic testing. The diagnostic fee applies to the visit and technical assessment, even when the customer declines the repair.
Additional work begins after approval of the repair scope and price. Unforeseen conditions are explained before work outside the approved scope continues.
OEM parts are preferred when available. A failed component does not remove the need to correct blocked burners, restricted heat transfer, poor water flow, combustion issues, or unsafe installation conditions.
Warranty applies to the specific parts and labour supplied on the approved repair. Coverage does not include unrelated failures, water chemistry damage, freezing, flooding, power problems, pest damage, customer-supplied parts, or equipment operated against instructions.
The customer provides safe access, working pool circulation, accurate property information, and authority to approve work. Hidden piping, landscaping, roofing, electrical, or structural conditions remain outside the service scope unless listed in writing.
